I am an OBGYN in practice for thirty years. Shayna's Solution Fitness program has helped me to build up my cardio.  I now have a lot more stamina and energy. Not only do I exercise, but I actually enjoy it!  The program is innovative and exciting.  Prior to my joining Shayna's Solution Fitness program , I could not seem to continue following any exercise program.  They quickly became boring, but with Shayna's program, I learned new steps and moves while having so much fun learning them, and exercising. This program has definitely made a positive impact on my life.

Belly dancing with Shayna has added a new dimension to my life. Besides being a

woman. Shayna not only knows how to teach belly dancing, she knows how to
