I am an OB-GYN in
practice for thirty years. There have always been questions posed to me
regarding ways to keep in shape…ways to deal with PMS...ways to cope

Think romantic thoughts…do romantic things…kindle the feelings have felt but lost for whatever reason. Most of the time this is not a hormonal thing…it is a life thing. The habit of thinking of yourself as a sexual being and the acts of making yourself feel that way have been thrown aside to make room for life’s daily responsibilities.
